Guide: How Pricing, Billing, Upgrades, Trials, and Cancellations Work

Review your workspace's current plan and billing terms before changing a subscription. The pricing page and in-app checkout show the current offers, currency, billing interval and limits.

Understand the plans

  • Free: supports up to five users with limits on spaces, documents, storage, tasks, AI usage and chat history.
  • Basic: adds higher capacity, native time tracking, unlimited tasks with lists and subtasks, and longer chat history.
  • Business: adds features including AI agents, AI writing, voice input, daily team reports, API integrations and branding.

Paid team licences use a flat team price with unlimited users; capacity and feature limits still apply. If your account offers a per-user licence, review its seat-based total separately. Existing or promotional subscriptions may have different terms.

View and change your subscription

  1. Open your workspace settings, then Plans & Billing.
  2. Review the current plan and billing details. You need a role with permission to manage billing.
  3. Use Upgrade Plan to compare the available options, or Manage Billing to open the billing portal.
  4. Check the selected licence, currency, billing interval, tax, amount due now and next renewal before confirming.

For an upgrade, downgrade or interval change, use the effective date and any adjustment shown in checkout. Do not assume every change is immediate or that the same prorating rules apply to every subscription.

Invoices, cancellation and trials

Use Manage Billing for the invoice, payment-method and cancellation options offered to your subscription. After cancelling, keep the confirmation and check the stated end date and resulting plan. Deleting an account and cancelling a paid subscription are different actions.

The current pricing page advertises a seven-day Business trial and a Free plan that remains free for up to five users. Review the trial's displayed end date and payment terms for your account.

The pricing page also advertises a money-back guarantee within the first 30 days of a paid subscription. Consult the linked policy and contact support for a refund request; cancelling alone should not be treated as a refund request.

If the page differs from your account, ask support to confirm your subscription's terms before making a change.
