Integrations, API & Webhooks in Edworking

Use the GraphQL API

The endpoint is https://gateway.edworking.com/. Send POST requests with a JSON GraphQL query and Authorization: Bearer YOUR_TOKEN.

The API reference documents authentication and the available queries, mutations and types. Its personal-token route is Preferences → Admin → API Token → Copy Token. Keep credentials private and use them only with services you intend to authorise.

Start with a read-only query such as query GetProjects { getProjects { id name } }. Confirm the workspace and returned IDs before implementing writes. Use the documented schema rather than guessing operation names or fields.

Set up an automation

  1. Choose the event in the source application and the result you want in Edworking.
  2. Check that the connector actually offers that trigger or action.
  3. Connect the required accounts, map the fields and test with one item.
  4. Confirm the destination space and task content before enabling the workflow.

Zapier lists New Message, Get Projects and Get Tasks as triggers, and New Task, New Message and New File as actions. Pabbly lists Create Task, Create Project, Create New Message and Get Private ID as actions; it does not list Edworking triggers.

Webhooks and imports

Edworking's public integration documentation does not offer first-party webhook events. A webhook step in another platform is not an Edworking webhook subscription. Imports create a copy and do not keep the source tool synchronised.
