Learn Task Management with Edworking - Organize Your Work Efficiently

πŸ“‹ Task Management Edworking

This video introduces Edworking’s Task Management feature, designed to help you stay organized and in control of your work. You can choose between Board view for a visual Kanban layout or List view for a simple structured overview.

Each column represents a task state β€” Backlog, In Progress, Completed β€” and you can move tasks forward by simply dragging and dropping. For quick notes, use Quick Task: type a name, hit Enter, and add more details later.

Creating a task is flexible and fast. Add a title, description, due date, assign teammates, set priority or tags, and attach files. In the description area, you can include checklists, headings, bullet points, and rich text formatting to keep everything clear and actionable.

Every task opens in the Task View, where all task details come together β€” including Subtasks and Chat. Break work into smaller pieces with Subtasks, and use Chat to communicate directly with your team: send messages, share files, post stories, or start a video call right from the task.

Stay organized with Lists β€” group tasks by sprints, milestones, or teams, and rename or reorder them as your workflow evolves. Use filters, grouping, and sorting to focus on what matters, and use search to instantly find any task.

Plan with Lists, execute with Subtasks, and collaborate in one place β€” with Edworking Task Management.
