This video introduces Edworking’s Chat feature — the core of team communication across your workspace. With Edworking Chat, you can manage all conversations in one place through dedicated chats for Spaces, Tasks, Meetings, and private discussions.

Your most recent chats are always shown in the left sidebar for quick access, making it easy to jump back into any conversation. Switching to the full chat view lets you see everything organized by category: Recent, Private, Tasks, Meetings, Spaces, and AI Chat. You can show or hide these sections anytime to customize your workspace.

Meetings and Tasks chats only appear once a conversation has started, keeping your chat list clean and relevant. The AI Chat tab will be covered later in this onboarding series.

Every chat supports text messages, file and media sharing, emojis, video calls, and a built-in gallery with all previously shared content. With Edworking Chat, staying connected is simple, fast, and organized — bringing all your communication into one place.
