This video introduces Edworking’s Docs feature, where you can create, organize, and collaborate on documents effortlessly. With Edworking Docs, all your documents stay in one connected space. You can create folders, move files across spaces, and organize everything by project or team.
Documents live inside spaces — such as your personal space, team, or company workspace. Use the search bar to quickly find any document, or the display menu to sort and switch between Board and List views. Creating a new document is simple: click Create → New Doc, add a title, and start writing. Your work saves automatically as you type.
The Plus Menu gives you access to rich content options. You can insert images, videos, tables, and more. The Ask AI option provides instant prompts like “Write an article about the title” or “Write documentation.” You can format your text with headings, bold, italics, or underlines to structure ideas clearly and make your writing stand out.
The built-in AI Assistant helps you write faster and better. Highlight any text and click Ask AI to rewrite, expand, shorten, or clarify. You can also fix spelling, simplify language, summarize, translate, or change the tone. When starting a new line, smart suggestions help you brainstorm or draft new sections instantly.
Once your document is ready, you can export it by selecting Export → Export to PDF, or share it with non-Edworking users using a public link. With powerful formatting, AI-driven writing, and seamless organization, Edworking Docs keeps all your ideas, notes, and projects together in one connected space.
