Learn Document Management with Edworking - Streamline Your Workflow

Use Docs for project briefs, meeting notes and team instructions that should stay connected to your workspace.

Create a document

  1. Open Docs and select the destination space.
  2. Choose New Doc from the creation menu.
  3. Add a clear title, then write the content below it.
  4. Use the + menu or type / on an empty line to add headings, lists, tables and other blocks.
  5. Let changes save, then share the document with teammates who have the required space access.

Documents can be organised in folders. Use the document menu to move, rename, duplicate or export a document when needed.

Work with existing content

Have a Word document? Choose Import Doc from the Docs menu to convert supported .docx content into an editable Doc. Review the result, especially tables and complex layouts.

Where AI writing is available, select a passage and use Ask AI to improve, summarise or translate it. Read the suggestion before applying it. On Business, version history lets you preview and restore saved versions of document content.

Before sharing outside your team

Copying an internal URL and enabling public sharing are different actions. Review the document's sharing settings and its content before sending a public link.
