1. Open an existing image and enable public sharing

On the Edworking Files page, locate the image you wish to share. In our case, we selected workshop.jpg from the list of files. Double‑clicking the row opens the file in an overlay viewer.
In the viewer, click the three‑dot menu in the top‑right corner and choose Share. A small “Share to Public” dialog appears with a Public sharing toggle.
Turn on the Public sharing switch. When enabled, the switch turns blue and a Copy Link button appears below the toggleClick Copy Link to copy the newly generated public URL to your clipboard, then click Done to close the dialog.

2. Verify the image’s public link

Each document appears as a card showing its preview and last‑updated time. Documents live inside spaces (for example Personal Space, Edworking Space or other teams) and can also be grouped into folders. You can quickly locate a file using the search bar or the Display menu to filter or reorder the list.

Creating a Document

Open the Create menu. In the left sidebar choose Create and select New Doc. A document card is created and you’re taken into the editor.
Add a title and write. Click in the large title area to name the document, then click below it and start typing your content. You can format text with headings, lists, quotes or tables using slash commands (see below).
Save automatically. Documents save as you type, and you can exit back to the Docs list at any time via the breadcrumb at the top.
