Customising Edworking with White Labelling
White labelling lets a Business workspace use its own name, logo and custom Edworking address. You need permission to manage the workspace settings.
Update the workspace branding
- Open your profile menu and Preferences, then the workspace or Team settings.
- Open General to find the team name, logo and custom URL controls.
- Enter a recognisable team name and upload a clear logo using Change Logo. Follow the size and file-format limits shown in the uploader.
- If changing the custom address, enter an available subdomain and review the resulting URL carefully.
- Save using Update or the save control shown on the page.
Use a simple logo that remains legible at small sizes. Check its appearance against both light and dark backgrounds.
Check the result
Open the workspace navigation and a meeting or public share page to check the branding where it is supported. Refresh or sign in again if the page still shows the previous branding.
A custom workspace address uses an Edworking subdomain, such as yourteam.edworking.com. Use the exact address shown in your settings; do not assume that an additional app. prefix is required or that any unrelated domain can be connected.
Before changing the address
Share the new sign-in address with teammates and update links you maintain. Test important meeting and shared-content links afterwards instead of assuming old links redirect automatically.
Branding does not change who can access a space, meeting or public file. Review sharing permissions separately.
If the controls are unavailable
Check that you are in the correct workspace, that it has Business access and that your role permits changes. Ask an owner or administrator to review access if necessary.
